1. Replacement, Returns and Warranty Policy:
a) Replacement:
Customers are eligible to raise a replacement request within 48 hours of the delivery, under the following scenarios:
In the event of damage or loss during transit, Savex Technologies will arrange for a replacement through reverse logistics. Please contact our Customer Service Desk within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the replacement process.
For products that are Deficient On Arrival (DOA), the standard service policy of Bose will apply. Customers are advised to refer to Bose's service policy through Servify for further assistance and resolution.
b) Returns
Savex offers Bose India products to its customers, and reserves the right to refuse any returns on products purchase through the Site.
