Shipping & Delivery Policy

Savex has partnered with reliable logistics providers in India to ensure the safe and timely delivery of our products.

  1. Each order can only be shipped to a single address, specified at the time of payment for that order. If you need to ship products to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address. Please note that address change requests will not be accepted once the order is placed.
  2. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 business days. However, during high-peak festivals or event periods, processing may take up to 5 or more business days.
  3. Orders are processed from working Monday to Saturday; orders placed on Sundays and Holidays will be processed on the next business/working day.
  4. Savex utilizes trusted courier partners to ensure swift and secure delivery of your order to your doorstep.
  5. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking ID. Use this ID to monitor your order's delivery progress and status on our portal.
  6. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery of your goods at the provided address.
  7. As transactions are authorized by the cardholder, Savex is not liable for incorrect addresses provided during order placement.
  8. It is important to note that we are not responsible for any physical damage to the product that may occur post-delivery.
